Program Registration Form 2020-2021

• A deposit is required at registration and includes 2 months tuition plus a $50 nonrefundable registration fee. These two months cover your tuition installments for May and June.
• The deposit is refundable up to one month from the date of registration.
• After deposit is paid, tuition can either be paid in full or divided into 8 equal payments.
• First tuition payment, non-refundable Security Fee ($249 per family) and a Covid-19 Cleaning Fee of ($100 for non-members, $50 for members per family) is due by August 15th, 2020, in order to keep your child's spot in the class.
• Final payment due March 15th, 2021.
• Monthly payments are due on the 15th on each month, a 10% late fee will be added for each late month payment. 
• If you are on a monthly tuition payment plan, you must notify us of any changes to your credit card or bank account information or you may log in to your account to update your information accordingly.
• There is a 3% discount if tuition is paid in full by August 15th, 2020.
• There is a 10% sibling discount.
• Changes made in registration to decrease days enrolled after August 1, 2020 will result in families having to pay for the days originally registered.
• Enrollment for the child is for the entire school year.
• Families are responsible for the full tuition if the child does not remain enrolled for the full calendar year.
• If the child is withdrawn after the start of the school year, the family is responsible for all the remaining unpaid tuition, with exceptions left solely to the discretion of the Woodbury Jewish Center Executive Committee.
• Refunds cannot be issued for any missed days.
• A dues paying temple member in good standing can deduct $500 from the cost of tuition.

VIRTUAL TUITION POLICY DUE TO COVID-19

• Two year-old participation is optional, families may opt out and remaining tuition fees will be suspended until school reopens.

• Tuition will be adjusted to the monthly rate below beginning the 1^st of the following month.
• Upon return to in-person school, tuition rate will return to original amount beginning the 1^st of that month.
• Virtual school will resume within 3 days of school closing and will be available 5 days per week to all students regardless of the number of days registered.
