ECE 2026-2027 REGISTRATION

Program Fee:

The Program Fee encompasses both tuition and security-related costs.
 

Deposit:

The Deposit consists of two monthly program payments as well as the non-refundable registration fee.
 

Pre-K:

We can consider offering a Private Pre-K class for 2026-2027; however, we will offer this class only if we have a minimum of 8 students enrolled. 
Please email Cindy here and she will place your child on the Interest Only List. After district UPK assignments are complete, please email Cindy if you would like to register.

Please Read Carefully – By Enrolling, You Are Agreeing to the Following Terms

 
1) Enrollment and Tuition Payment Options
Families may choose one of the following at registration:
  • Pay in Full: Full tuition plus the non-refundable registration fee due at the date specified.
  • Monthly Plan: Deposit + Monthly Installments. A deposit equal to two months’ tuition plus the non-refundable registration fee is due at registration. The remaining balance is divided into eight monthly installments, charged automatically from August 15 through March 15. Deposit ensures a child’s placement; in the event the class is full, please email Cindy ccommon@woodburyjc.org to be placed on the wait-list. 
2) Discounts
  • 12% Sibling Discount: Applied to the lower tuition amount.
  • 3% Pay in Full Discount: Available if tuition is paid in full by the date specified.

3) Changes to Enrollment
Changes to decrease days enrolled after July 1 require families to pay for originally registered days.
Enrollment is for the entire school year, and tuition is either paid in full or via monthly plan.

4) Refunds and Withdrawing
Refunds cannot be issued for missed days.
The tuition deposit may be refunded up to one month from the date of registration, minus the registration fee.
Families remain responsible for full tuition if a child does not remain enrolled for the full year, except in extenuating circumstances determined solely by the WJC Executive Committee.

5) Additional Fees (Due August 15)
Young Family Membership: $360 (optional: you may opt out by emailing accounting@woodburyjc.org before August 15th.)

6) Monthly Payment Plan Requirements
All families on monthly plans agree to automatic payments via Credit/Debit Card or ACH.
The first payment is charged August 15, and the last March 15, for a total of 8 payments.
Families must notify WJC of any changes to payment information or update their account directly.

7) Processing Fees (Convenience Fees)
ACH/Electronic Bank Check: No fee.
Credit/Debit Card: 3% processing fee applied, as required by the payment processor.

8) Delinquent Payments
If a payment does not successfully process, whether by credit card, debit card, or ACH, the family will receive a notification and a request to update the payment method within 24 hours.
If a second attempt to process the payment is unsuccessful, the payment is considered delinquent as of the date of the second failed attempt. Families will receive notification and are required to update their payment information immediately.
A 10% late fee will be applied to any month in which a payment fails to process after the second failed attempt.
Accounts that remain unpaid 30 days after the original notice may result in suspension of enrollment until the balance is resolved or a payment plan is approved.

9) End-of-Year Requirement
All tuition and fees must be paid in full by March 15.
Outstanding balances may prevent re-enrollment for the following school year.

Membership: Young Family Membership

This membership will be billed to families whose children are registered in our Early Childhood Education or their oldest is in our Religious School Kindergarten through 2nd grade programs for 2026-2027 year.  This membership level is offered at a substantially discounted rate of $360/year, renewable each year and includes all of the benefits of a WJC membership. Once your child enters 3rd grade, we require all families to maintain Full Family level membership.
 
Please note: Should you choose to opt out of membership, the WJC will not be able to offer most of the benefits listed here, including High Holy Days tickets and programming.  This discounted rate falls well below the full operating costs per family required to keep the WJC flourishing.  If you choose to opt out, please email office@woodburyjc.org by Aug. 14th.
