Wow, it was a special night. Every detail of the evening was impeccable:  to start, all the guests were warmly and professionally greeted with white-gloved servers of delicious drinks when they approached the cocktail room  The cocktail room look elegant yet inviting, with the placement of the bartenders, the displays of the fruit and vegetable platters, the cocktail stations and the tables, all perfectly situated.  The food was absolutely delicious, only matched by the service.  There were plenty of bartenders and servers to fill drinks, remove dishes, replace dishes, serve and replenish the cocktail stations and keep the 500 guests quite happy and well-fed.  The pass-arounds, including my favorite- the lamb chops, were just beyond wonderful in both taste and display.

Woodbury Jewish Center / Regal Caterers was by far the BEST choice we made in planning our wedding.

Nicole, the maitre’d, who also manages the caterer, was a pleasure to work with. She had such incredible attention to detail – noting any favorite dishes, allergies in the bridal party, and tailoring things to our preferences (even like making the brownies extra fudgie).

The venue also comes with a bridal attendant, Kevin. I truly don’t know what we would have done without him. He made everything run on schedule perfectly, bringing us waters, ensuring all of the bridal party was at the right place at the right time for toasts, photos, etc.

Nicole went over all of our details continually over the past 18 months to make sure that every I was dotted and T was crossed. Kevin was the perfect attendant who made sure that everything worked out and we transitioned from one minute to the next, smoothly throughout the evening.
