About Adrianne & Eric Roth
Adrianne and Eric Roth are a devoted couple whose warmth, generosity, and community spirit radiate throughout everything they do. Proud members of the Woodbury Jewish Center community for decades, Adrianne and Eric were married at WJC in 1993, and their daughters, Rachel and Jillian, were both shaped by the warmth, values, and education they received through WJC’s Early Childhood Education and Religious School programs. Rachel and her husband, Jesse, are now joyfully expecting their first child in February, marking the next chapter of the Roth family’s WJC legacy.
Eric Roth, President and Founder of International Jet Interiors, is a trusted expert in aviation for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, billionaires, Presidents, and CEOs. For nearly 40 years, he has built a world-renowned company and reputation for designing and creating the most distinguished aircraft interiors - responsible for many of the most recognized private jets on runways around the globe. His visionary leadership, artistry, and unwavering standards of excellence have positioned IJI as the pinnacle of luxury in private aviation.
Adrianne Roth joined International Jet Interiors nearly 20 years ago as Private Client Relations, bringing her signature personal touch of curated experiences to the company’s global profile. Her thoughtful approach ensures that every aircraft handcrafted by the IJI team receives an extra-special, bespoke touch prior to delivery.
Adrianne, a Vice President of the Woodbury Jewish Center, has proudly served on the Executive Board for over sixteen years. Passionate about Jewish tradition and celebrating life’s meaningful moments, she has helped lead countless initiatives - from WJCares and ECE to the WJC18 Golf Outing, Challah Bakes, Comedy Nights, Fashion Shows, and more. Together, Adrianne and Eric generously donated the Outdoor Learning Center, a lasting gift that continues to enrich and inspire WJC families for generations to come.
Working together by day and sharing their lives in community, Adrianne and Eric find their greatest joy in hosting family and friends, celebrating holidays, and cherishing every moment with their children and loved ones. Their kindness, leadership, and devotion continue to uplift and inspire everyone fortunate enough to know them.
