Early Childhood Teachers and Assistants Needed 

Due to increased enrollment, we are in need of loving, dedicated, responsible, flexible, certified and experienced Head Threes and Toddler Teachers as well as Teacher Assistants for the 2023-2024 school year, Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 12:30pm and 9:30am – 2:30pm. Minimum 2 years’ experience, and ECE certification required for Head Teachers. Paid holidays, vacation, 403B and PTO.

Part Time Religious School Office Assistant

Ideal for College Student!
 
Administrative Support to Education Director  
We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy and innovative new team member for our part-time office assistant role. 
 
This person will work on-site during school hours on Wednesdays (3:30-6:30pm) and Sundays (8:30-11:30am) and will assist with administrative support to the school.
 
Required skills and qualities:
Kindness, approachability, and relatability to kids of all ages as well as their parents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize information and materials in a fast-paced environment
Office software proficiencies: Google suite, Microsoft Office
Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise on Google Classroom and ensure remote learners and teachers are able to use the software
Basic Jewish education and/or familiarity with Conservative Jewish calendar, observance and practices
School/Teacher/Attendance Records Maintenance
Assist with teacher support and communication
 
Preferred but willing to train:
Experience with ShulCloud
Familiarity with shared events and facilities management practices preferred
Familiarity with Jewish customs, holidays and practices
 
Job duties:
Oversee tech support (wifi, printers, phones) as needed
Manage and maintain workroom and materials
Manage snack inventory

Religious School Teacher Needed

1st Grade Classroom Teacher 
for Sundays 
 
6th Grade Classroom Teacher
for Sundays and Wednesdays
 
Our program runs on Sunday mornings from 9:00-11:30am and Wednesday afternoons from 4:15-6:30pm. The academic year starts September 10, 2023.
 
General responsibilities:
Collaborate with school administration and other faculty members to create innovative and meaningful Jewish learning experiences, both in and out of the classroom.
Prepare creative, interactive lessons as part of a well-structured curriculum.
Regularly communicate with families outside of school hours.
 
As a member of our faculty, you will:
Provide a sense of caring and concern that enables our students to support one another and challenge them to grow as individuals and members of a Jewish Community.
Inspire students and their families to actively engage in an active Jewish life.
Receive mentoring to grow as an educator as part of a staff of reflective practitioners.
 
Ideal candidates have the following qualifications:
Experience teaching students in elementary grades in a formal or informal setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to teach Hebrew, Bible, Jewish history, and holidays incorporating arts, drama, movement or media.
Comfortable teaching in a Conservative Jewish congregation to a diverse student body.
