Everything you always wanted to know about the WJC weekday minyan but were afraid to ask:

Everyone is invited to join us for this fulfilling mitzvah.  Enrich your soul and connect with fellow congregants, some of whom may be in need of help to say kaddish for a loved one.
  • The weekday minyan is conducted in the chapel. Use the left entrance when facing the building.
  • Services don’t take very long (see chart below), so please come on time.
  • Let us know if you would like to be called up for an aliyah (Mon/Thu mornings).
  • Men are required to wear tefillin to be honored with a Torah Aliyah. ‘Loaner’ tefillin are available.
  • Feel free to dress casually: sneakers, shorts, T-shirts, sweats are fine.
* Except on Rosh Ḥodesh, Ḥanukkah, minor fast days, etc.

On the following holidays (if they fall on a weekday when we conduct a minyan) morning minyan will
begin at 9:00 AM:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
On the following holidays (if they fall on a weekday when we conduct a minyan) morning minyan will
