Religious School Registration 2022-2023

Woodbury Jewish Center Religious School is excited to announce the 2022-23 learning program for the coming year.

Building upon the success of this year's hybrid model, most religious school classes will be a combination of in-person and virtual learning.

For K-6th (Aleph - Daled)

We will have one day of in-person learning and one day of remote learning. Please sign up for your specific permanent time slot for remote instruction. There is a maximum number of four students per session to allow for a more individually tailored remote learning experience.

For K-2nd and 7th (Hey)

We will have all in-person learning one day per week.

First Day of Learning for Grades K-6 (K-Daled) is Sunday, September 10th

K-2 and 3rd (Aleph) and 5th (Gimel) - In Person

4th (Bet) and 6th (Daled) - Remote

First Day of Learning for 7th Grade (Hey) is Wednesday, September 13th - In Person

HIGH SCHOOL: Program to be announced.

WJC will follow all necessary safety and health protocols set forth by the state of NY and CDC guidelines. Our in-person learning will be consistent with the opening of Syosset Schools and under the guidance of the WJC Safety and Health Committee.

Please note: If class size dictates, we may have two classes for some grades. Aleph remote sessions will be split into two classes.

*ALL SCHOOL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Synagogue accounts must be current for registration to be processed by the school office. If you currently have a tuition balance from the current school year, please log into your account to bring your account current before registering for the upcoming school year. Thank you.
