Thank you to the Woodbury Jewish Center for remembering the matriarch of the Hatami family, Louise, on this special Shabbat Across America 2021.
Shabbat has always bonded our family together and has blessed us with wonderful memories. In a world where it is all systems go all the time, our Shabbat dinners have always provided a way for us to stop for a few hours and reconnect with each other.
We are very grateful and honored to have the opportunity to remember my mother with our extended family at the Woodbury Jewish Center on an evening that she truly enjoyed.
As we recite the Eishet Chayil each Friday night, (a traditional song chanted before the evening meal) we give honor to all of the matriarchs of our families, and especially to Louise Hatami, a true woman of valor who will be forever in our hearts.
We hope we can all be together next year to celebrate this special evening in person. Baruch Ha’Shem.
